All fees paid to the National Board of Executive Function Certification (NBEFC) are non-refundable. This applies to application fees, examination fees, credential renewal dues, preparation materials, study programs, and any other payments made to the Board.

Payments are final upon submission. Candidates and credentialed professionals are responsible for reviewing all requirements, eligibility criteria, and schedules before submitting payment.

The Board does not grant refunds, transfers, or credits under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or failure to complete the credentialing process.

This policy ensures the integrity and sustainability of the credentialing process and allows the Board to maintain fairness and consistency for all applicants and credential holders.
